Before founding Jazer Group, he served as Group Company Secretary & Head of Legal at Gadol Holdings Limited, overseeing its finance company, asset management firm, and real estate arm, while simultaneously acting as Chief Recovery Officer. He honed his edge as a litigation lawyer in the formidable chambers of Mike Ozekhome, SAN.
Armed with a bachelor’s degree in law, an M.Sc. in International Affairs & Diplomacy, and an LL.M in Financial Law & Policy, Udofia brings ruthless expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, property management, and debt recovery.

Possesses practical experience in corporate practice, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, contract drafting, dispute resolution, debt recovery strategy, property management, client relations, and business advisory services.
