Group Managing Partner
A legal and financial strategist with over a decade of high-stakes experience, Idongesit Udofia leads Jazer Group with forensic precision and zero tolerance for failure. His track record speaks in figures: over ₦1 billion in impaired assets recovered from individuals and corporations.
Before founding Jazer Group, he served as Group Company Secretary & Head of Legal at Gadol Holdings Limited, overseeing its finance company, asset management firm, and real estate arm, while simultaneously acting as Chief Recovery Officer. He honed his edge as a litigation lawyer in the formidable chambers of Mike Ozekhome, SAN.
Armed with a bachelor’s degree in law, an M.Sc. in International Affairs & Diplomacy, and an LL.M in Financial Law & Policy, Udofia brings ruthless expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, property management, and debt recovery.
Andrew Akpor

Andrew Akpor is a dynamic legal practitioner, business development strategist, and corporate executive with experience in legal services, real estate, debt recovery, nonprofit administration, and corporate advisory. He is actively involved in the strategic development of Jazer Law Attorneys, Jazer Homes and Properties, and Jazer Remedial Services Ltd.
He possesses practical expertise in corporate practice, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, contract drafting, dispute resolution, debt recovery, property management, client relations, negotiations, and business advisory. He is also skilled in stakeholder engagement, professional communication, people management, and handling sensitive matters with discretion and efficiency.
Andrew contributes to the administration and strategic activities of Creative Renaissance Art Initiative (CRAII), providing legal and organizational support. He brings strong leadership, strategic thinking, professionalism, and valuable relationships, with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and delivering value-driven solutions.
Osilama Mike Ozekhome, Esq

Osilama Mike Ozekhome, Esq., is a legal practitioner and Deputy Head of Chambers (Litigation) at Mike Ozekhome’s Chambers. He specialises in Oil and Gas Law, Corporate Law, Artificial Intelligence & Technology Law, and Arbitration, with experience in complex litigation, constitutional and commercial matters. His practice combines strong legal analysis, precise drafting, and strategic courtroom advocacy.
He studied Law at Plymouth University, graduating with a Second Class Upper Division, and later obtained an LL.M with distinction from the University of Exeter in 2020. He also holds an MBA from the Geofidel Institute for Business Studies. His academic achievements include graduating as best student in his department and second-best overall at Honeyland College, completing his foundation programme with distinctions in all eight modules, and gaining legal experience with firms including Afe Babalola & Co Chambers.
Beyond practice, Osilama is a dedicated mentor and thought leader who supports law students and early-career lawyers across Nigeria.
